State of Connecticut

Connecticut is four foot three in country form and five foot three in human form, and physically twenty-eight. He has hazel eyes that are bluish and curly brown hair. 

In country form, his face is his flag, with the blue carrying down the rest of his body, with only patches of white on his joints. He has grapevine patterns snaking across his entire body, and in the center of his hands is the shield from his flag.

In human form, he is mixed but often white-passing, 66.4 White-33.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are Italian, Irish, English, African American, and Latino.

Connecticut is stocky with an oval-shaped head.

Historical Description

Connecticut has looked pretty much the same throughout history, although before 1786, he was 4’8 due to the Connecticut Western Reserve.
