She is not weak-willed, but rather thinks that it is better for her people if she does not do anything to anger the government and instead works with whatever they are doing.

Seychelles is three foot ten in country form and five foot four in human form and a physical age of twenty-three. She has brown eyes and kinky black hair in braids.
While in country form, her skin is that of her flag, with the green going down the rest of her body. Her hands are blue and her arms are yellow. Her feet are red and her legs are white.
In human form, she looks black, with her largest ethnic groups being Creole (East African and Malagasy), French, Indian (minor), Chinese (minor), and Arab (minor).
Seychelles is slim.
