Costa Rica, also known by her human name of Ámbar "Miel" Dulce Ojeda de Marlo, is a cheerful and loving individual who cares deeply for her friends and family. She has a great sense of humor and is always ready to crack a joke. Nicknamed “Miel” (aka Honey) by the people who knew her, Costa Rica was very sweet, and everyone knew it.
Costa Rica cares deeply for people and wants to do everything she can to help them. She’s a sure and steady support system and will be willing to change her beliefs when challenged and learns that it is hurting people for her to believe that. She is cheerful and always brightens the room she is in.
Costa Rica is a very sweet person. Often coming off as someone who can be easily manipulated, Costa Rica surprises people with the fierceness of that sweet personality. Because Costa Rica cares so deeply about her friends and family, she will fight to protect them.

Costa Rica is four foot eight in height and a physical age of twenty-five. She has light amber eyes and wavy light brown hair down to her mid-chest. She had almond-shaped eyes and an oval-shaped face. She wears glasses.
While in country form, her skin is that of her flag, with the blue going down her body. Her hands and feet are red, with a white line separating the red from the blue.
In human form, she looks white, her skin tanned. Her largest ethnic groups are Spaniards, Mestizos (primarily white), and Indigenous Costa Ricans (minor).
Costa Rica has a lot of body fat and has a very huggable body.
Costa Rica has become whiter over the years, but otherwise looks the same.
