I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Астраха́нская о́бласть
Astrakhan Oblast, also known by his human name of Timofei Rustikovich Vinogradov (Тимофей Рустикович Виноградов), is a soft-spoken yet proud young man who has a strong sense of self.
Astrakhan Oblast is a very soft-spoken person who is not confrontational, giving off the impression that he is a bit of a pushover. However, he is only like that because he does not want to cause others problems, and does not let himself be a pushover. In fact, Astrakhan Oblast is fiercely proud, enough so that the very idea that he is some sort of pushover is annoying to him. He hates assumptions made about him and would rather someone talk to him face-to-face.
Astrakhan Oblast also has a very strong sense of self. He is secure in who he is and what he is capable of doing, and very little of capable of rattling that. His sense of self lends to his want to be non-confrontational, as his security in who he is makes it easy for him to take the easier path when dealing with people he does not want to, rather than making a fool of himself getting into what he sees as needless arguments.
