I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Arizona, also known by her human name of Sunny Angelina Washington, is a very optimistic person with a very sunny disposition. She is very smiley and giggly and, overall, comes off as a very hopeful and loving person. She prefers to look on the bright side of things and tries her best to be optimistic, even when the circumstances are terrible and dire. She believes that being hopeful about things is far better than being pessimistic. She's not hopeful because she is blind to the bad; she is hopeful in spite of it.
Arizona is also a very loving and caring person, a byproduct of her sunny disposition. She falls in love quickly and clings tightly to those she cares about. She loves deeply, sometimes to a fault. Due to this, she can sometimes be passive-aggressive when upset, preferring not to be direct in confronting her problems or issues with others.
Arizona is also very much a younger child who was allowed to get away with a lot as a child and is often babied by her family, something she both hates and takes advantage of. However, she is very snarky and playful and enjoys pranks and practical jokes. She enjoys living life, and she tries to have as much fun of a time as she can despite all the bad things in the world. Arizona can very much be a menace, but she is not overbearing or cruel in her jokes.

Arizona is five foot five and physically twenty-one. She has brown eyes and straight black hair that falls to her boobs.
In her country form, her flag is her face, with the dark blue from her flag traveling down the rest of her body, aside from her arms and hands. Her hands have the star in the center, and the stripes on Arizona’s arms originate with these stars.
In human form, she is often called Latino or Native American, despite being mixed, 60.4 White-39.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are Latino, Navajo, German, English, and Irish.
She is about an average build.
Arizona has the traits of cattle and a mule deer, with deer ears, a cow tail, and small patches of fur. She has had her mule deer traits since 1864 and her cow traits since 1912.
Arizona has looked much the same throughout history, aside from her changing animal traits.
