State of Illinois

Illinois is five foot and physically twenty-two. He has blue eyes and wavy brown hair in a crew cut. He also has freckles lightly scattered on his face.

In country form, his face is his flag. However, the word Illinois is not on his face but on his neck. The white carries down the rest of his body.

In human form, he is mixed and is often called Latino or white, depending on who he is talking to, 61.4 White-38.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, Polish, Italian, Mexican, and African American.

Illinois is very skinny. 

Animal Traits

Illinois has the traits of the bald eagle. He has wings, talon-like toenails, feathery arms, and tail feathers. His wingspan is 13.4 ft. He has had his wings since birth.

Illinois has scarred knuckles and a knife scar on his side.

Historical Description

Illinois has changed very little, aside from becoming darker in skin tone and more stereotypically Latino in appearance.
