Bryansk Oblast, also known by his human name of Ilya Glebovich Morozov (Илья Глебович Морозов), is a nervous and somewhat skeptical man who does not trust or believe easily.
Bryansk Oblast can be a very nervous individual who is always worried about something going wrong. He is very anxious about things and worries over most things in his daily life. His anxiety can make him very skeptical and untrusting, always wanting to check things for himself before believing them. While this can be time-consuming and annoying, it makes him feel more secure.
Bryansk Oblast is also a very caring person, who does his best to care for and look after people in his life. He does not like seeing people he cares about hurt. He wants to do his best to protect people and ensure they are safe, even if he does not know how to make that happen. He cares so deeply that it often hurts him when he is unable to do more to help people he loves.
