Irkutsk Oblast

Irkutsk Oblast is five foot six in height and a physical age of nineteen. She has wavy brown hair and dark brown eyes. 

While in country form, her skin is that of her flag, with the blue and white going down the rest of her body. Her torso and legs are white, and her arms and hands are blue. The sides of her neck are also blue. She has cedar branches circling around her wrists and ankles.

In human form, she looks white, with her largest ethnic groups being Russian (92.2%) and Buryat (3.6%).

Irkutsk Oblast has a slim figure.

Animal Features

Irkutsk Oblast has the animal features of a Babr (a Tiger-Beaver Hybrid) and a sable with sable ears, tiger teeth, tiger claws, and a beaver tail. She gained these features on July 25, 1997.
