Vietnam is five foot five in height and a physical age of twenty-one. She has dark brown eyes and long, straight black hair that goes to her mid-back.

While in country form, her skin is that of her flag, with the red going down the rest of her body. She has yellow stars on her hands.

In human form, she looks Vietnamese, with her largest ethnic groups being Vietnamese (85.3%), Tày (1.92%), and Thái (1.89%).

Vietnam is a skinny but fit individual.

Scars

Vietnam has massive chemical burn scars on her arms and chest from Agent Orange. She gained these in 1967 during the Vietnam War.
