Pridnestrovie, also known by his human name of Kuzma Vasilyevich Andreyev (Кузьма Васи́льевич Андреев), is a very caring and sociable person, who is someone who easily gets along well with others and has the air of a trustworthy individual.

Pridnestrovie loves being around others and hates being alone. He struggles a lot with feelings of loneliness and isolation, although that is something that has gotten better as he has gotten older. Pridnestrovie still tries his best to spend time with and help others, volunteering and working with his people in order to make sure that he knows them and what they want. He has a light and easy-going personality that makes him easy to get along with.

Pridnestrovie is also someone who hates war. He does not like the idea of people he knows so well being hurt, and he can't stomach the idea of war and sending people off to die. He has worked hard to practice his diplomatic skills, although he does not use them often, to make sure he will always have the option of peace. He wants to prove that he is more than what people assume of him and that he can be someone trustworthy and is someone with his own mind and identity, not someone who obeys the whims of others.

Pridnestrovie is someone who is isolated to an extent, due to the fact that he is largely unrecognized. Because of this, he can be too trusting of people sometimes, always wanting to see the best in people, especially those he sees as friends and allies. As he does not have very many countryhumans friends, he is willing to overlook issues in their relationship or political motivations in favor of thinking that he has won them over and has their friendship. While a part of him knows this is not always a realistic belief, his loneliness and his idealism make him look at this first.

Pridnestrovie is a good caretaker, as he has an easy time getting along with kids and making them laugh. He likes being an older brother, too, and does his best to be someone who is worthy of being looked up to. He likes being able to introduce people to new things and see their eyes light up at learning. He enjoys being able to make someone else's life better and make sure they can feel as loved in a community as he does.

Left Bank of the Dniester

Pridnestrovie thinks very highly of his little brother and adores him. In the beginning, there was a lot of tension over the fact that Left Bank had been created to replace Pridnestrovie, with Pridnestrovie feeling very betrayed by his father and refusing to acknowledge Left Bank very much. Then, Pridnestrovie learned how deeply Left Bank cared about their people and that as they shared people, they shared many views, including the feeling of hurt over Left Bank's existence.

As Pridnestrovie had been forced into a sort of isolation by his status as an unrecognized country, he immediately felt guilt over his actions and sought to change them. He knew the feeling of being alone, abandoned, and to an extent, hated. He didn't want Left Bank to feel anything like that, and swore to change for his brother. He began to spend more time with Left Bank, even preparing his brother a room in his home and allowing Left Bank to visit their land and people, while protecting him from insults or from people upset with Left Bank over his existence, something Pridnestrovie knew Left Bank had never controlled.

They quickly grew close, and Pridnestrovie considers Left Bank to be his best friend as well as little brother. Pridnestrovie wants his brother to be happy and will do what he can to make sure that happens. He is very supportive of his brother and is willing to compromise some of his own wants to help his brother feel safer, especially since Left Bank can't live full-time in their land since he does not control it.
