Louisiana, also known by their human name of Louis Alexandro Estevan Ana Carmelite Evélie Samanie Arna Bellerose, is a gentle and community-orientated person. They are not someone who likes being aggressive or rude when speaking. However, they are more physically aggressive and willing to stand up for themselves.
Lousiana holds grudges for a long time and struggles to let go of them. They hold family close to their chest and when they feel betrayed by family, they will refuse to ever let go of any resentment from that.
Louisiana is also very big on community, and like being surrounded by people and a good community. They see community as being just as important as family, and will often make things for neighbors and others they are close to. They are extremely loyal and protective of people they care about.

In her human form, she is often called black despite being mixed, 57.1 White-42.9 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). Louisiana has looked the same throughout her history aside from changes in skin tone, her animal traits, and how she viewed her hair.
