I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Vermont, also known by his human name, Ethan Thomas Washington, is a kind-hearted and considerate individual. He cares deeply for people and tries his best to help others. He is extremely protective of his family, even those that he is estranged from.
Vermont is also a very independent individual, stemming from his time as a country. Vermont is one of the most mature states, as he has a good handle on how to adult and how to cope with his trauma. However, Vermont is still a huge prankster and enjoys funny but harmless practical jokes.
Vermont has a hard time keeping secrets and prefers to be honest with people. He sees secrecy as the cause of many of his personal life problems, and while he does understand secrecy for the greater good, he doesn't like it.

Vermont is four foot seven and physically twenty-three. He has hazel eyes that are greenish and straight brown hair cut short.
In country form, his face is his flag, and the blue carries down the rest of his body. His hands are a pale blue with fourteen white stars on them, and his elbows and knees are green.
In human form, he looks white, 94.2 White-5.8 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are French, French Canadian, Irish, English, and Latino. He is often just called white.
Vermont is slim.
Vermont has the traits of a cow and a whitetail deer. He has cow ears, deer antlers, and a deer tail. He gained the cow traits in 1779 following the creation of his seal and the whitetail deer traits on June 1, 1923, with the creation of his modern flag.
Vermont has a bayonet scar on his left arm from the War of 1812.
Aside from his changing flags and animal features, Vermont looks the same.
Vermont had no official flag or seal between January 15, 1777 and 1779. However, since the Green Mountain Boys were from Vermont and their leaders also leaders of the Vermont Republic, Vermont probably had the Green Mountain flag, as it was designed in 1776.
From 1779 to May 1, 1804, Vermont's face was his seal.
From May 1, 1804 to October 19, 1837, Vermont's face was his first state flag.
From October 19, 1837 to June 1, 1923, Vermont's face was his second state flag.
