I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Poblacht na hÉireann
Ireland, also known by his human name of Ruairí Cairbre ó Briain (English: Rory Carbry O’Brien) is a passionate and outspoken individual who cares deeply for so much with all his being. He is not easily subdued or ignored, always working to make his voice heard.
Ireland is very stubborn and believes strongly in himself and his rights, and his mind is not easily changed. Ireland is outspoken and not afraid to speak his mind, even when the things he has to say are not popular. Ireland is proud of who he is and doesn’t like to change, especially not at the whims of others. He is mistrusting of the intentions of others more often than not, expecting deceit and always preparing himself for it.
While his stubbornness and pride have helped him a lot, they have also been the cause of him losing many relationships as Ireland struggles to change his worldview and grow. However, his intense desire not to be like empires and oppressors is often the biggest factor in helping him change for the better.
Ireland hates empires and oppressors and does his best to fight against them as much as he can, even if they are not oppressing him. He hasn’t forgotten his years as a colony and believes that as an independent former colony, he should use his power to advocate for those who cannot advocate for himself. In that way, he has a bit of a savior’s complex but still means well in what he does.
Ireland is very witty and sarcastic, always with a quick joke or comment on the tip of his tongue. He likes making jokes and looking towards the future, choosing to be optimistic and believing that things can get better, even if that seems impossible.
Ireland is also very fatherly in nature, always wanting to look after others and protect them from the horrors of the world. He had seen a lot that has made him lose faith in people and countries, and he wants to help show people that as painful as the world can be, it is beautiful as well. He always has an ear open to the woes of others and is willing to offer advice.

Ireland is four foot nine in height and a physical age of forty-three. He has blue-green eyes and straight red hair that goes to his mid back. His hair is often in a ponytail, or braided, the braiding often done by his friends. He has glasses.
While in country form, his skin is that of his flag, with the green going down his right side and the orange down his left. He has a cláirseach on his hands and the middle of his chest, and his hands are the blue of his old flag, with the tips of his fingers being their respective colors from his flag.

Ireland is a stocky individual.
Ireland has scars around both of his eyes, a burn scar surrounding his right eye, with cuts around that eye. His left eye has fainter cuts around it.
Ireland lost his sight in his right eye in 1602 and his left eye in 1843. His kneecap was shattered in 1919 by England.
From 846-May 1177, Ireland had no official flag, but his face was most likely the Lia Fáil at the Hill of Tara, as that is where the Irish high kings were crowned.
From May 1177 to 1386, Ireland had a dulled version of England's flag.
1386-June 18, 1562, Ireland had the flag of the Lordship of Ireland.
From June 18, 1562 to 1783, Ireland's flag was the royal standard of Ireland.
From 1783 to 1922, Ireland's flag was Saint Patrick's Saltire.
From January 1, 1800, to 1922, Ireland could change his flag into these variants of the Green harp flag, as he was an Indigenous personification and not bound by his assigned flag. However, since this was punished, he didn't do it often.
Red means the name was forced on the nation against their will.
