I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Missouri, also known by his human name, Christopher Edwin Washington, is a level-headed, loyal, and caring individual. He is not temperamental and finds it easy to keep a level head, especially under pressure. He cares deeply for his family and enjoys being able to care for his family members whenever he can. He is not someone who is particularly fond of conflict, especially family conflict and prefers to be neutral or on the sidelines, helping through non-violent actions.
He is a bit of a pacifist and can be stubborn in insisting that peace is the right option, but he holds true to his beliefs, even when it can be hard. He is open to new perspectives, but only if they proof not to compromise his beliefs.
He can be very blunt and dry at times but still very expressive. He doesn't have a great sense of humor, but he finds himself hilarious. He is a good big brother, although often gets into this mindset that it is his job to look after one specific person at times, and will neglect himself in favor of caring for his charge at the time.

Missouri is five foot one and physically twenty-three. He has hazel eyes that are green-brown and wavy brown hair.
In country form, his face is his flag, and the blue from it carries down his body, while his arms are white and his legs are red. His hands are also blue, with circles of 24 stars on them.
In human form, he is mixed but white-passing, 77 White-23 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, English, French, and African American.
Missouri is slim but with broad shoulders.
Missouri’s animal features come from the bear and the bald eagle, and he has bear ears, teeth, and tail, alongside eagle wings. His wingspan is 13.62 ft. He got these traits on January 22, 1822, with the creation of his seal.
Missouri has not changed much throughout history, aside from the addition of his animal traits with the new seal.

Missouri was born as the District of Louisiana on March 10, 1804, the leftover remains of the Louisiana Purchase. Missouri was born as a military district and, therefore, was under martial law control until July 4, 1805, when he became a territory. While under this military government, Missouri wasn't able to be completely controlled, as he was an alter within his father's head, and was not able to be ordered around by the government. Orders from his father did happen, but they were limited. However, United States was not aware of this at first, and Missouri was controlled for a while until United States realized.
