Grand Duchy of Luxembourg 

Luxembourg is three foot ten in country form and five foot ten in human form and a physical age of twenty-six. Luxembourg has straight blond hair and brown eyes.

While in country form, his skin is that of his flag, with the blue going down the rest of his body. His hands are white and his feet are red.

In human form, he looks white, and since there is no demographic information on his ethnic groups, we can assume that they are Luxembourger, French, German, or Portuguese.

Luxembourg has broad shoulders and is very fit.

Nazi Occupation

After the Nazi Occupation of his country, Luxembourg was taken prisoner and brought back to Berlin for his Germanification. After his annexation on August 30, 1942, Luxembourg survived through his continued international recognition. Despite the fact that he should have died, Nazi Germany continued to treat him as if he were a member of the family, though keeping him under close watch in a house in Berlin.
