State of Wisconsin

Wisconsin is five foot one and physically twenty-two. She has hazel eyes that are greenish in color and salt and pepper hair that is normally done in a fishtail braid. When her hair is loose, it is wavy and goes down to her chest.

In her country form, her face is her flag, with the blue carrying down the rest of her body. 

In human form, she appears white, 80.4 White-19.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, Polish, Norwegian, and Latino.

She is broad-shouldered for her size and very athletically built.

Animal Traits

Wisconsin has the traits of a badger and a horse. She has black and white hair from the badger, badger ears, badger claws and teeth, and the tail of a horse. She has had the horse traits since 1839 and the badger traits since 1851. She keeps her horse tail cut short like a foal's tail. 

Scars

Wisconsin has burn scars on her neck and arms and is partially blind in her left eye as a result of being caught in the Peshtigo Fire. Due to these scars, her left eye often squints or is closed. 

Historical Description

Before 1851, Wisconsin had brown hair. Aside from that and the other animal traits, her appearance has not changed.
