Papua New Guinea, also known by her human name of Josephine Kutkue (Joseph to people she is not out to), is a self-conscious and nervous individual who struggles with her identity.
Papua New Guinea struggles a lot with her identity and who she is meant to be. She is made up of so many ethnic groups and struggles to figure out which one she fits with. She feels as if she is an outsider in her own nation because she was never born into one of those groups and grew up outside of her nation. Papua New Guinea is also trans, and while not publicly out, she knows she is a female, something that makes her feel terrible about herself. She struggles a lot with internationalized transphobia and is trying to find her own identity.
Papua New Guinea is also self-conscious and hates it when people look at her or comment on her appearance. She is nervous in public and does not like being in large groups of people. She tends to be hunched over, as if she is trying her best to hide from people’s eyes. Papua New Guinea is incredibly nervous and often struggles with making decisions, always fearful she will make the wrong one.
