I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico, also known by his human name of Alfonso Manuel Washington de Sánchez, is a friendly and cheerful person who talks animatedly. He finds it easy to make friends and has a very charming and charismatic personality. He is a person who prefers to talk things out before taking action but is not afraid to fight and stand up for his beliefs.
Puerto Rico is brave, courageous, and loyal. He cares deeply for friends and family and will stand by those who earn his loyalty. However, this sometimes translates to a more sensitive soul. Puerto Rico is easily hurt by anything he sees as betrayal and holds that hurt close to his chest, making it hard to regain any loyalty or trust.
Puerto Rico can also be a jokester and a prankster. He tries his best to enjoy life, not just live it. He does not let himself be burdened by his many traumas and still tries his best to laugh, smile, and be himself.
He enjoys being around people, mainly humans but also the personifications he trusts. He is at his brightest when he can laugh, joke, and entertain the people he loves being around.

Puerto Rico is four foot three in country form, five foot seven in human form, and physically thirty-one. He has black eyes and curly black hair.
In country form, his face is his flag. His hands have the triangle and his star on them, with the back part of it starting on his hands and ending on the tips of his middle finger ring finger. The rest of the fingers are white. His body is white, but with red stripes around his joints. His hair is also more wool-like in texture when he is in his country form.
In human form, Puerto Rico is always seen as Afro-Latino, 17.1 White-82.9 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are Latino, African American, Taíno, and European.
Puerto Rico has a lot of stretch marks on his body from when he transitions from human form to country form.
Puerto Rico has the traits of a lion, a snake, and a sheep. He has wool-like hair (in country form), a lamb tail, lion ears, scales on his arms and legs and lion fur patches. Puerto Rico has had his lion and sheep features since birth and his snake traits since September 23, 1900.
Puerto Rico has always looked very Latino, but over the years, he became more Afro-Latino in appearance. He gained his snake traits on September 23, 1900.
From August 8, 1580 to April 11, 1899, Puerto Rico's face was his coat of arms. (Aside from the brief pause for the provincial flag.)
From 1873 to December 29, 1874, Puerto Rico had this provincial flag.
From April 11, 1899 to September 23, 1900, Puerto Rico had this modified version of his coat of arms.
From September 23, 1900 to March 8, 1905, Puerto Rico had this Americanized coat of arms.
From March 8, 1905 to July 4, 1952, Puerto Rico had this restored version of his former coat of arms.
From July 4, 1952 to August 3, 1995, Puerto Rico had this dark blue version of his current flag.
