I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Minnesota, also known by her human name of Carmen “Minnie” Ann Washington, is a gentle, passionate, and sometimes hotheaded person. She is very passionate about her interests and hobbies, and is always eager to share them with others.
Minnesota is not someone you want to make angry or get on the bad side of, as that is when she really becomes hotheaded and impulsive. It is not common, as Minnesota has good control over her temper, and it is rare that something makes her angrier, but when it does happen, she can become a terrifying force of nature.
Minnesota is also very determined. When she puts her mind to achieving or doing something, she will find a way to make it happen. She is not demotivated by failure and always looks for a way to overcome it. This can lead to her being extremely stubborn when it comes to certain things, and refusing to give up on things that are not possible.

Minnesota is five foot three and physically twenty-one. She has brown eyes and shoulder-length straight, dirty-blonde hair. She has freckles and uses a cane.
In her country form, her face is her flag, and the colors travel down the rest of her body, light blue on the left and dark blue on the right. On her hands, she has the white star from her flag.
In human form, she is mixed but appears white, 77.5 White-22.5 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Norwegian, Irish, Swedish, and African American.
She is slim and flat-chested.
Minnesota has the traits of a horse, with horse legs, tail, and ears. She gained these traits in 1858 with the creation of her state seal. Minnesota keeps her tail braided.
Minnesota has small scars on her hands.
Minnesota has looked much the same throughout her history.
