State of West Virginia

West Virginia is four foot nine and physically twenty-one. She has brown eyes and straight red-brown hair that is often tied up in braids or a ponytail. She is covered in freckles almost everywhere on her body.

In country form, her face is her flag, and the blue from the border around her flag makes up the color of her body. Wreaths of red rhododendron maximum are on her hands. 

In human form, she is mixed but often seen as White, 89.8 White-10.2 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, English, Scots-Irish, and African American.

She is lanky and slim with bony elbows.

Animal Features

West Virginia has the features of  sheep, and a cow. She has cow horns, sheep ears, and a cow tail. She gained the features of the cow and the sheep in September 26, 1863.

Historical Description

West Virginia has looked the same for most of her life, aside from her changing animal traits.
