Ghana is five foot four in height and a physical age of twenty. Ghana has dark brown eyes and kinky black hair in dreadlocks.

While in country form, his skin is that of his flag, with the green going down the rest of his body. His hands and feet are yellow, with a black star in the center of his hands. Hie legs and arms are red.

In human form, he looks black, with his largest ethnic groups being Akan (45.7%), Mole-Dagbon (18.5%), Ewe (13.9%), and Ga-Dangme (7.1%).
