I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Nebraska, also known by his human name, Ernie Ted Washington, is a caring but somewhat stoic man. He is not the most expressive and can come off as emotionless, but past the exterior, he is a very caring and thoughtful person.
Nebraska can often be dry and sarcastic, but he has a great sense of humor. He doesn't like being around big groups, preferring smaller and more intimate gatherings. He cares deeply for his family and cherishes them.
Although he cares for his family, Nebraska can be a bit distant, as he can get so caught up in his own things that he forgets to talk to or check in on his family. He doesn't have a great sense of time and often looses track of time and things.

Nebraska is five foot two and physically twenty-one. He has brown eyes and wavy dark brown hair cut short. He has freckles, which are most numerous on the bridge of his nose and his arms.
In country form, his face is his flag, and the blue from that carries down his body. On his elbows and knees, he has patches of yellow from the former flag.
In his human form, he is mixed but appears white, 78.4 White-21.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, English, Czech, and Latino.
He is broad-shouldered and stocky.
Nebraska has looked much the same throughout history.
From May 30, 1854 to July 4, 1858, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 31 star flag.
From July 4, 1858 to July 4, 1859, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 32 star flag.
From July 4, 1859 to July 4, 1861, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 33 star flag.
From July 4, 1861 to July 4, 1863, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 34 star flag.
From July 4, 1863 to July 4, 1865, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 35 star flag.
From July 4, 1865 to June 15, 1867, Nebraska had a dulled version of the 36 star flag.
From June 15, 1867 to July 16, 1963, Nebraska's face was his state seal.
While Nebraska didn't have a state flag until 1963, they had an unofficial state banner, often a blue or yellow flag with the state seal on it from 1917 onward. On April 2, 1925, the background of this unofficial banner was standardized to be blue. It later became the modern day flag. While not official, it is highly likely Nebraska could have changed his face to one of the banners.
