State of Wyoming

Wyoming is five foot four and physically twenty-one. She has hazel eyes that are brownish in color and curly brown hair in a pixie cut. The hair is like a bison’s when she is in her country form. She has freckles.

In country form, her face is her flag, and the red from the border carries down the rest of her body.

In human form, she is often called white, 84.7 White-15.3 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, English, Irish, Latino, and Norwegian.

She is skinny.

Animal Features

Wyoming has the animal features of a bison, an elk, and a bald eagle. She has horns, bison-like hair, an elk tail, elk ivories, eagle wings, and feathers on her back. Her wingspan is 14.29ft. She gained her her elk traits on December 9, 1869, eagle traits on January 1893 and her bison traits on January 31, 1917.

Historical Description 

Wyoming has looked much the same throughout history, aside from her animal traits.
