I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Delaware, also known by his human name of Peter Caesar Washington, is a kind and caring individual who puts family above almost everything else. Delaware cares deeply for those he is close to and would rather risk being called a traitor than hurt those he cares about. He can be stubborn to almost a fault, being so loyal that he would put himself in danger to prevent others from being hurt.
Delaware is also a big lover of animals. It is hard to find him not accompanied by a dog or some other animal he has taken in. Delaware has a big heart and likes taking care of animals. It is very calming for him.
Delaware is also very trusting of those he is loyal to and is willing to take their word for things and not question them, especially those he believes would never lie to him. However, this mindset has been shaken with time, and Delaware, while still trusting, is a bit more cautious in that regard.
Delaware can be a very sensitive individual because of this. When someone hurts him, especially someone he trusts, it sticks around and haunts him for a very long time and makes it hard for him to trust them again. To Delaware, he has been betrayed most deeply and isn't going to forgive it easily.

Delaware is four foot when in his countryhuman form and five foot four inches when he is in his human form. He is physically twenty-seven. He has hazel eyes that are bluish and straight blonde hair with a side part falling between his chin and shoulders in length. He is covered in freckles, especially on his face and neck
While in country form, his flag is that of the Delaware flag, with the colonial blue color making up the main color of his skin. However, the date on his flag is not located on his face but on the base of his neck. His hands hold the yellow diamond from his flag but without the seal on it.
In human form, he looks mixed, 60.4 White-39.6 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are British, Irish, Italian, German, and African-American. Delaware can be white-passing sometimes, but he is noticeably mixed.

Delaware has a faint scar of a bullet wound on the back of the head, which carried over from when New Sweden was murdered. Despite being a death scar, it does not glow because it killed New Sweden, not Delaware.
Delaware also has a small scar on his upper lip.
Delaware has always looked the same throughout history, and the only parts about him that have really changed were his hairstyles and clothing, which are slowly becoming darker and more mixed. However, before 1777, he did not have animal features and looked completely human.
