State of North Dakota

North Dakota, also known by his human name of Arthur Theodore Washington, is an introverted and anxious person. North Dakota is not a very social person, preferring to keep to himself and do things by himself. He can also be very anxious and struggles with being around large groups of people.

North Dakota is a free spirit. He prefers to spend as much time in nature as possible and enjoys the freedom of being outside. He prefers to live his life much like his siblings would have in the 1800s and is not a fan of many modern inventions. He just doesn't see the need for them and is very comfortable living the way he does.

North Dakota can be a little stuck in his ways, but he is open to change and new opinions. He is simply old-fashioned, not stubbornly stuck in his viewpoints. He is also not someone who thinks about his sexuality that often. While he is Aromantic, he is not one to think on that or define himself, not seeing it as something he needs to do.

Physical Description

North Dakota is five foot two and physically twenty. He has dark brown eyes and dirty blond hair in a buzz cut.

In his country form, his face is his flag, with the ribbon holding his name on his neck, and the blue from his flag carries down his body.

In human form, he appears white, 82.9 White-17.1 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Norwegian, Irish, English, and Native American.

Animal Features

North Dakota has the features of a bald eagle, a bison, and a horse. He has eagle wings, a feathered back and chest, a horse tail, and bison horns and ears. He got the eagle features in 1911 when his flag was adopted, and had the horse and bison features since birth. His wingspan is 13.85 ft.

Historical Description

North Dakota has looked the same for much of his life, aside from the addition of the animal features.
