Oklahoma, also known by his human name, Evan Folûthtō'gi Tvlof Mēkko Bowles-Washington, is a kind-hearted individual who can be a bit of a people-pleaser. They care deeply for people and often prioritize others' needs before their own. They have very low self-confidence and believe that they are most useful when being of help to others. He also has a need to prove himself and prove that he can be better. He doesn't want to disappoint and wants to be good, something that has been used against him.
Oklahoma is big on family and community, and cares deeply about the people they surround themself with. They can be a bit naive and easily lied to by family, but they are not a gullible idiot. He is very trusting and does not want to believe that his family would lie to or hurt him. However, he had lingering trust issues with the other American states, left over from when they were trying to assimilate him.
Oklahoma is very active and cheerful. He is someone who likes to be doing something at any given time and hates when their hands are not busy. He is patient and good at crafts, and can sit somewhere for hours at a time, slowly working his way through a task that he has become invested in. He can be a bit of a perfectionist about these things at times, as he wants what he creates to be good enough for his high standards.

Oklahoma is five foot one and physically twenty. They have black eyes and straight, silky black hair that goes down to their mid-chest. Their hair is often braided or in a ponytail.
In country form, his flag is their face, and the light blue carries down their body. Oklahoma has the Osage war drum on their chest, the olive branch on their right hand, and the calumet on their left hand.
In human form, he is mixed but often called Native American in appearance, 63.5 White-36.5 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish/Scots-Irish, English, Latino, Native American (Mainly Cherokee), and African American. Oklahoma is mainly called Native American in his human form because he announces himself as such, and is a member of the Muscogee Nation.
Oklahoma is a stocky man.
Oklahoma has a scissor-tailed flycatcher tattoo on his back.
Oklahoma has gotten less Native American in some of his features over the years, but is still always called Native American. However, he didn’t start growing his hair long until the early 2000s. Before then, it had been cut very short to his head, almost military style, before he allowed it to grow a little longer in the 1960s and 1970s, but it never went further than what a stereotypical male's haircut would have been.
