I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Ohio, also known by his human name of Lawrence Neil Washington, is a caring, understanding, and stubborn individual. Ohio is very proud of himself and who he is. He can be very stubborn and uncooperative when he believes he has been wronged and will become a bit of an asshole in an attempt to right however he believes he has been wronged.
He is a very caring person and likes looking out for others. He isn't someone who can ignore someone in pain and will do his best to help them. He is also very understanding in the sense that he is good and listening to others' arguments unless his own stubbornness is getting in the
way.

Ohio is four foot eleven and physically twenty-three. He has gray eyes and wavy brown hair cut short. He is missing his right lateral incisor and has freckles all over his body that appear as little scales or stars when he is in his country form.
In country form, his face is his flag, and the red and white stripes carry down his body. His hands hold the triangle from his flag, complete with everything inside of it, with the thumb and pinkie being white or red, while the other fingers are blue.
In human form, he appears white, 77 White-23 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are German, Irish, English, Italian, and African American.
He is slender.
Ohio has the animal traits of a garter snake, with scales across his back in the snake’s stripe pattern and scale patches across his body, including some of his freckles becoming scales. Additionally, as a snake, he has very poor body heat retention, and he gets cold fast. He has had these features since July 26, 1788.
Ohio didn’t lose his tooth until 1834.
From July 13, 1787 to July 26, 1788 Ohio had a dulled 13 star flag.
From July 26, 1788 to March 1, 1803 Ohio had the Northwest Territory Seal.
From March 1, 1803 to April 16, 1867, Ohio had this seal. However, the was never a true official design, so it varied.
From April 16, 1867 to May 9, 1868, this was Ohio's seal.
From May 9, 1868 to May 9, 1902, Ohio's seal was his modern one, finally with an official design.
