Commonwealth of Massachusetts
I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Massachusetts, also known by his human name of Patrick “Paddy” Samuel Washington, is a stubborn, hard-headed, and caring individual who can hold a grudge like nobody's business. Massachusetts is someone who is very resolute in his opinions and won't easily change his mind, and is impossible to convince of anything he isn't willing to know. This ties into his ability to hold grudges, as Massachusetts would rather hold a grudge than forgive someone for slights or perceived slights against him.
Despite this, Massachusetts is an incredibly caring and understanding individual and is very fatherly in nature. Massachusetts has a very strong paternal instinct and sometimes treats his younger siblings as if they were his own children. Massachusetts cares deeply for his family and holds them in very high regard, viewing them as some of the most important people in his life. This has also translated to Massachusetts' love of community and being around people.
Massachusetts has a very sarcastic form of humor, and he's not one to be polite or hide how he feels. He can be blunt and rude and doesn't care if that makes people think he is rude. Massachusetts is confident in who he is and does not feel like he needs to act a certain way to impress others or make friends.

Massachusetts is four foot eight and physically twenty-eight. He has green eyes and wavy, borderline curly, red hair that hangs loose and shaggy. Due to constant stress throughout his life and his poor mental health choices, Massachusetts began to gray early, which first appeared in 1779. The gray is limited to a few roots on the top of his head, a few small streaks on the back of his head, and a few small streaks on the hair closest to his roots. He is covered in freckles on almost every part of his body.
In country form, his face is his flag, with the white traveling down his body. On both of his hands are green pine trees, and the blue ribbons from the flag wrap up his arms.
In human form, he is always seen as white due to his hair, but in reality, he is mixed, 69.6 White-30.4 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are Irish, Italian, English, Latino, and African American.
He is a very lanky person and oftentimes looks a bit body or too small for his body.
Massachusetts has a Celtic Knot tattoo on his left shoulder blade.
Massachusetts has looked much the same throughout history, however, his hair used to brown until the 1840s when many Irish people moved to his state, causing his hair to become red. And he gained gray streaks in 1779.
From November 11, 1620 to May 14, 1692 (with a small break between May 14, 1686 and May 31, 1689) he had the seal of Plymouth Colony, as he was formerly Plymouth.
From May 14, 1686 and May 31, 1689, Massachusetts had a dulled version of the flag of the Dominion of New England.
From May 14, 1692 to July 21, 1707, Massachusetts' flag was the English red ensign.
From July 21, 1707 to October 5, 1774, Massachusetts had the flag of the British red ensign.
From October 5, 1774 to December 13, 1780, Massachusetts had the seal of the Massachusetts Provincial Congress.
From December 13, 1780 to March 18, 1908, Massachusetts' face was the seal of the state.
From March 18, 1908 to July 3, 1971, Massachusetts had this flag. While essentially identical to the modern flag, it had an obverse side, which has sense been removed.
