Who are all these emails from?

Have you been getting a lot of emails from eLearn staff? We do send a lot of emails, and sometimes it comes from different people.

This post will help you better understand those emails.

First - who are these people?

This is currently the eLearn staff. You can learn more about each teacher and coach here.

Why am I getting so many emails from teachers?

Well - each time you enroll in a class, you will have a teacher that sends you emails. These will be updates that a new assignment is live, tips for how to do well with the homework, and reminders about when everything is due. These emails are designed to help you succeed in your class!

What about the coaching emails?

Coaches will also send emails with tips, reminders, and resources that might be helpful. These could be links about how to manage your time, or tips on how to learn how to user your computer better.

What should I do with these emails?

We suggest saving all emails. Maybe you can create a label in Gmail to stores these in your inbox, then you can just search for them later. In other words, don't delete these emails. Save them in case you need to look at them later. Even if you just quickly glance at the email on your phone, save it for later so you can read it when you get home!

What about those links at the bottom of the emails?

Use them to quickly get to our social pages and our homepage here! And remember you can call or text anytime you've got a question!
