Make sure your behavior is appropriate and befitting of your status as a KidSpirit employee. Please know that everything you do—the clothes you wear, the words you use, the attitude you have, etc.—will be seen, and possibly copied by youth and may misrepresent the program to parents. Please keep the following in mind:
Come to work with appropriate supplies, being sure that the following are NOT on your person while on the OSU campus or any Kidspirit Facilities.
Alcohol is NOT allowed at OSU or KidSpirit.
Cannabis/Marijuana in any form (as well as any federally or locally illegal drugs) are NOT allowed at OSU or KidSpirit.
This includes some forms of CBD, based on federal law.

Tobacco products (including chewing tobacco) are NOT allowed at OSU or KidSpirit.
Vape products of any kind are NOT allowed at OSU or KidSpirit.
Practice professional behavior, and do not allow your personal life to infringe on your KidSpirit duties.
We expect you to be fully prepared in mind and body, even after a late night.
Refrain from bringing any inappropriate sights, smells or stories to work.
Present yourself professionally and respectfully. This means not wearing clothing which advertises or promotes alcohol, tobacco, or other adult activities.
Keep your language appropriate for young ears. Please refrain from obscenities, lewd comments, sexual innuendoes, sarcasm, irony, and teasing.
Failure to comply with these policies will not be tolerated and will result in a verbal and/or written warning from a leadership team member. Termination is also a possibility in the case of extreme infractions.
