The Girl Scouts of Oregon often reach out to KidSpirit to help their girls get their archery badges, and while this is technically a special event it is your responsibility. These events take place on a Saturday after regular classes.
There cannot be more than 20 girls on the range
If more than 20 girls want to do this event you will have to make two events back to back with each other.
Staff with appropriate ratios
You must complete and meet all badge requirements in the two hour time period.
Ask Jennifer Atkins for the requirements if you cannot find them online.
Do not schedule this event the week of an ACES day
Do not schedule this event on a day more than one of your staff has requested it off.
All girls must have consent and emergency forms.
Bill the Girl Scouts program, not the individual child.
