KidSpirit hires four main positions: head instructors, camp counselors, office assistants and leadership team. While the skill sets for these positions may vary slightly with each program, there are general expectations for the knowledge and skills required to fulfill each position.

Interviews for these positions are conducted by the Director and do not involve the hiring team.
