KidSpirit Voicemail

Checking the Messages

A red light on the main office phone indicates an unread voicemail message. Whenever a message is left, the KidSpirit inbox will also receive an email with the voicemail attached as a sound file.

Checking messages using Audix:

1. (ON Campus) To connect to Audix, dial 7-7111 on the main desk phone

2. (OFF Campus) To connect to KidSpirit, dial 7-5437

3. Enter KATIE# (52843) when asked for a password

4. Delete the message once it has been handled

Changing Voicemail:

1. From the front phone

2. Click the menu button (three lines)

3. Use the navigation buttons to move down to find 'Voicemail'

4. Press 'Select'

5. Enter the PIN: Katie (52843)

6. Press 5

7. Press 3

8. Press 6 

9. Record voicemail and press 5 to save 

10. Call office to check voicemail

Things to include:  

• "Leave us a detailed message"

• Our office hours

• Any news for the coming week

Example:

Hello you have reached the KidSpirit office! Please leave us a detailed message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our office hours are weekdays from 10am-5pm and our office is located in Langton Hall room 125 on the Oregon State University Campus. 

If you haven't already, register for our fall programs! Swim and gymnastics lessons start the week of October 5th, and we have ACES (No-School) Days on October 30th, October 31st, and December 1st.
