Before making and request check-in with the PAC office about the issue and see if they have already made a service request.
Sometimes, RICOH will have issues and require service outside of our office. If this occurs, please call (888)-456-6457 (This number can be found on the front of RICOH above the barcode on the silver sticker). You will have a list of options to choose from, which you will choose differently depending on the issue (i.e. need to order more toner, specific error code comes up, etc.). They will ask for the ID number, which can be found below the barcode on the front of RICOH (10410132). The automated call will then ask a couple more questions to confirm that the location and owner are still up to date. They will ask for a contact number, which will be 541-737-5437. The repair person will then contact the office to ask about the issue and schedule a time to come and service RICOH. Please leave a note on RICOH if it is not functioning for any reason and notify the PAC office.
