Staff evaluations will be conducted throughout each term and you will receive constant feedback from your leadership team as well as from your coworkers. We aim to provide a midterm evaluation and a formal performance evaluation at an ‘End of Term’ meeting. However, if a midterm and formal performance evaluation is not provided, you will be given feedback on your performance consistently throughout the term. Continued employment at KidSpirit is dependent upon positive formal and informal performance evaluations.
It is your responsibility to consistently provide leadership and co-workers with constructive feedback throughout the term so we can continue to improve the KidSpirit program.
