Your daily interactions should be honest, fair and respectful. A few ways of showing respect include timeliness, presenting KidSpirit programs in a positive light, being open to and implementing changes based on feedback, and modeling appropriate behavior.
Refrain from bad mouthing, gossiping about or disrespecting others. Children will imitate you and you are a role model both in and outside of programs, so demonstrate behaviors and attitudes you want to see in the people who look up to you.
Take precautions to preserve your environment so it’s in the same condition (or better) than you found it. This includes the spaces you are in as well as equipment used. Equipment will get worn with general use, but it is your job to make sure it is used properly and returned to its designated storage location.
