The Recipe page of our website is the location of all Recipes that we have the campers make the past summer cooking academy classes, such as Cooking on the Go, Top Chef, ect.
First open up the Kidspirit webpage. Then in HTML, add at the end "/login". This give you the option to edit pages on the website. At the top of the page, you should see something like what the image below look like. If you don't see this bar at the top of your page after putting in the login infromation, then you will need to be added to Duple 7 list of editers, Karen or another member of the Marketing team will need to add you the list of architect as a role.
Hover over Content, between Dashboard and Structure. A drop down menu will come up, hover over the first one on that menu, called add content. Another drop menu will be up, then go down to click on Kidspirit Recipes.
Fill in the information base off what recipes that you are bring over to the website.
Title Name is what the recipe is called.
Cooking Academy option are what level and class that the recipe came from.
Put in the times that the recipe said for prep and cook times.
For Recipe meal type, click on what fit the best, some recipe can cover more then one meal type.
For Recipe main ingredient and special diet, if the recipe does not fit in any of the option, then leave it blank.
Then next head down to Paragraph, skip Image for now. There are three different Paragraph to make. Under Paragraph type, are option to chose from.
The first one is called Divider, then click "Add New Paragraph". Then click on Divider option, and a pop down will come up. For divider size, make it medium, then Divider color to Orange.
The next paragraph type is called "1 column background image". First, you want to change the paragraph format in the Content. When you look into the content, at the top, you will see the word normal. Click on that tap, and scroll down till you see "Heading 3" and click on that option. Then in the white box below, type in the name of the recipes, then click enter. The next step is to add in the serving size and number of servings.
The last paragraph to add in is called "1 column with margins". This is were you put in the Ingredients and Directions. Make sure that you put format into "Heading 3" for each of those step. Ingredients are the first thing and then put in Directions. Make sure that the format for the description is set to normal.
Now we need to add in our images into the page. There are two location that we need to put in the image. The first location is above the Paragraph, called Image with a Browse button to click on. A pop up tab will show Upload, Web, Library, and My files. The Upload will be the location where you want to put in an image if it not be put on the website yet. Click choose file, choose the image you want, then click next. You will see an Alt Text and a Title Text. Put in for Alt Text the information on what is the photo is for, exp. "Ants on a Log, Master Chefs". Then in Title Text, describe the photo, for exp. using Ant on a log "peanut Butter on a Cleary top off with raisins.". Then click next, then next again. The 2nd location for your image is within Paragraph "1 column background image". Under the content, there is a background with a selection, change the selection from none to image. Click browse, then go to library. Your image from before should be here, the list of image is by update, so the newest updated image will by first. Double click on that image, and it will be added.
Now go to the bottom of the editing page, and click done. You have now added a recipe to the website.
