ACES Attendance Template is used for documenting children that are absent from activities during ACES days. This should be printed and prepared during prep. A different copy is used each day.
Summer Camp Attendance Template is used for documenting children that are absent from activities during Summer Day Camp. This document shows the amount of absences on each day by age group for the morning, lunch, and afternoon time blocks.
Extra Care Registration Form is used to provide documentation of a guardian purchasing additional care for their child one a session has started during Summer Day Camp. Additional care includes after-care, pre-care, and lunch care. Copies of this form should be in the office and at the office table during check in and check out. This form is used by the office to make sure the change is consistently documented.
KidSpirit Informed Consent is the consent form used for all programs offered by KidSpirit. There is also a digital form on Ideal-logic attached to every registration. This form should be in the office and at the office table at check in. For birthday parties and other off-site events, the event supervisor should have copies of this file.
Release Plan Change Form is used to provide documentation of the guardian adding emergency contacts and additional pick-ups for their child during camp. Blank versions of this form should be in the office and at the office table during check in and check out. The form is used by the office to make sure that the change is consistently documented (ie on all checkout sheets, nametags, emergency sheets etc)
Summer Class Change Form is used to provide documentation of the guardian changing which class/group their child is registered for once the session has started. This child's name should then be added to the name tags to print list and the attendance sheets for the previous and new group should be updated. Blank versions of this form should be in the office and at the office table during check in and check out.
Drop in Care list is used to record kids who participate in our additional care programs but are not registered our additional care programs in Ideal-Logic. Additional care includes after-care, pre-care, and lunch care. One sheet is used per week.
Lunch Care Aftercare Binder Forms are used to check children out with a guardian or self check out at the lunch table. These are also used to check children out who are drop-ins for lunch and after care.
Master Binder Forms for ACES are used to document any children who were not at check in for ACES. This includes late camper check in, appointment check in and check out, and early check out. This file also includes visitor pass sign in for adults to participate in camp and be accounted for.The master binder is located in the office.

Self Check In-Out Teen Leaders CIT is used to record the Teen Leaders, CITs, and self check out children to check themselves in or out of camp. This form will be located in the office in the master binder, the lunch binder, and with the check out boss.
Master Office Bulletin Board is used to help keep the office organized. On the bulletin board there should be a list of name tags to print, an alternative class site list, an office meeting agenda outline, a Audio Equipment Weekly Checkout Sheet, a Audio Equipment Daily Check Out list, a Expenditure Report Request list. All of these should be replaced during Friday night prep.
Office Meeting Agenda Template is used to collaborate ideas that need to be addressed in the office meeting. there should be one set for the meeting and then another sheet just for questions about Ideal-Logic.

Letter Size (8.5x11) are generally used for camp groups (JB, DM, DK etc). Make sure to check the filing cabinet in Langton 126 for already printed camp sings before printing new ones. Print on colored paper (both the front and back of the sign) and laminate.
Legal Size (8.5x14) are generally used for Check-In/ Check-Out signs and table signs (Office Table, Lunch Table etc)

ACES Early Pick up sheet is used to allow the office to pick up a child from their class early and reduce the amount of time guardians are waiting for their child. This version is for ACES days. This file should be reprinted everyday and placed on the back counter.

Camper in Office Form is used to record when children are in the office for any reason. The most popular of theses reasons are the child is feeling sick, needs a break, or needs to do chores around the office. This form will be on a clipboard on the back wall next to Karen's office.
Checkout Boss Group Checklist is used for the Check out boss to document that all camp groups are present at check out. This form is also used to help the Check out boss to come up with new things to shout out at check out to keep things in a KidSpirit fashion.
Office Table Payment Forms is used to record payments at the office table during check in and out. This file should be at the office table. This form contains private information once filled out, so it is crucial that proper processing and shredding occurs in a timely manner.
