Be sure to clock in and out according to your schedule.
KidSpirit trusts its employees and expects each employee to print an accurate time-sheet that reflects their personal schedule. Altering or creating a time record to misrepresent when you worked, and clocking in/out for another employee are severe infractions and grounds for dismissal.
Time-sheets are submitted by employees on the 15th of each month
Payment is sent on the last workday of the month.
Checks are sent to the address you have on payroll or wired to your bank account if you have direct-deposit set up.
You can change/check your address and direct-deposit at this link.
In order to ensure your pay is accurate, it is critical that you review your time-sheet before submitting. Your signature states that your hours are correct.
The payment rate of KidSpirit positions are based on experience, which is defined as "skills, knowledge and/or work in a school, classroom, camp or instructional setting." Experience is calculated on full-time work at 40 hours/week. See the KidSpirit employment site for specific rates.
Occasionally, like at a birthday party or a private lesson, staff might be offered a tip. It is University policy that we do NOT accept tips. Please thank the parent for the offer and the compliment, and offer them to donate to our program.
