Events
Brief Stretching
Rotations
Coaches need to maintain groups of seven or less, and provide a structured class environment. Classes should look very much like a standard gymnastics class.
Making groups based on ability:
Figure out the skill level of your participants.
The special concerns sheet should have a suggested level for each participant, or you may know from standard classes.
If this information is not available, ask participants about their level of experience with gymnastics. For example, "raise your hand if you have never done gymnastics," or "a little bit of gymnastics."
Split into groups based on experience that approximately match recreational gymnastics levels. Each group should have an instructor to help them develop their gymnasts skills throughout the day.
