When creating staff lists learn to mail merge names and photos to the INDD folder. One sheet should have names AND pictures, and another should have just pictures and blank name slots for staff to fill in at trainings.
First, open a new page of IL.
Go to the people tab and click the groups Summer Day Camp (if Summer) or Special Events (for School Year). Every staff should be listed in there.
One by one, go down the list and click their image to download a photo of them and then drag them onto the sheet in alphabetical order. It will take some time, and is not the easiest to adjust, but once you get the hang of it it will be much easier.
