4-H Reporting

4-H Reporting:

There is a spreasheet on the brain for all this information to get stored so it is easy for marketing to access. Please DO NOT USE the master, Create a copy of the master and lable it with the year (i.e. 2019 report). The spreadsheet is called Master 4-H Statistic Spreadsheet Tracking (How to find the spreadsheet: S:\OandE\KidSpirit\Shared\Reports & Statistics\Program Statistics\Reporting for 4H). Once you fill out the paper form for 4-H you will save it in the same folder.

Number of Hours - This information you will need to get from Karen as she has to run a report on the clock in center for the dates needed.

Youth Demographics - All this information can be found on Ideal-logic. 4-H does their reporting from 10/1-9/30, Karen decided that we would use statistics from the academic year since our programs run acadmically.

1. Gender Distribution: This report is called 4-H Gender Distrubution Report

   1. This report is set up to only pull unique participants. If your total is more than 2500 you have too many participants.

   2. Since the form only allows for Males and Females (as of 2018) so add all the individuals who do not identify as Male or Female in the sub-total line before totaling on the form.

2. Racial Distribution: This report is called 4-H Racial Distribution Report

   1. This report is set up to pull unique participant race. This total should equal the number on your gender distribution.

   2. To get the totals you will scroll down past the chart and you will see all of the different options selected. We have more options listed in ideal-logic than the 4-H form.

   3. Pay extra close attention to the Ethnicity listed with the race. You will be split the race on the form between hispanic and non-hispanic.

3. Residence Distribution: This report is called 4-H Residence Distribution Report

   1. This report is set up to pull unique participant residence's based on the city the live in. On the spreasheet on the brain you will find a list of if the city is considered Farm, Riral, Town, Suburb of cities, or Central cities. (How to find the spreadsheet: S:\OandE\KidSpirit\Shared\Reports & Statistics\Program Statistics\Reporting for 4H)

4. Grade Distribution: This report is called 4-H Grade Distrution Report

   1. This report is set up to pull unique participant grades.

Volunteer Distribution: For this section you will need to work with someone from the hiring team as there is no way to pull a report nicely for who volunteers during the school year and summer.
