Whenever campers come into the office during either SDC or ACES days, this information is monitored on the “camper in the office” sheet, located on the clipboard around the corner by the back office. This information gets typed into a spreadsheet in order to monitor statistics and save the data for future reference. The procedure for doing this is as follows:
Grab the camper in the office clipboard from the wall by the back office
Open the Brain, and go to Reports & Statistics > Incident Reports and Camper in Office
Open Campers in Office.xls
Go to appropriate tab and scroll down to next available space
Fill out the spreadsheet with exactly what is written on the form. SAVE
Next to each row that you typed, write your initials on the form
Return the camper in the office clipboard to the wall
***If something is missing on the form, investigate. Ask whoever was watching the child, or the person who brought the child in the office. They will be your reference for missing information.
