This demonstration shows an old fashioned version of a wave model. The different disks rotate to push the pins upward creating a moving wave model.
Setup:
Place the apparatus on the lab table. Connect the webcam to the projector system and set it up to view the apparatus.
Turn the crank to see the wave motion change.
