This demonstration shows Bernoulli's Principle. The bottom of the tubes are filled with colored water and air is blown through. Because of the shape of the tube, the air moves faster through the center causing a lower pressure. Therefore, the water in the center tube is pulled higher.

Setup:
Mount the Venturi tubes using the stands and clamps. Place the white board behind so that the colored water will be more visible.
Fill the bottom of the apparatus with colored water.
Attach the tube to the air supply.
Turn on the air and watch the water levels change.
