In organizing a program for MAG, you will be working directly with third party contractors and suppliers. It is important to organize all the quotes and invoices we have received from them. The 'Quotation and Invoices' Board has been created to store these documents in one space and to easily track them whenever needed.
To create a 'Quotation and Invoices' Board:
Open Monday.com Account > Events Workspace > Choose from Templates > Templates Created in Your Account > 'Quotation and Invoices' Board Template
Step 1: Open the 'Events Workspace' on Monday.com
Step 2: On the left side menu, 'Add Board'
Step 3: Choose 'Choose from templates'
Step 4: Choose 'Templates created in your account'
Step 5: Choose from the templates the 'Quotes and Invoices' board
Step 6: Once chosen, go to 'Use Template'
Step 7: Rename your board name> Privacy is 'Main'> 'Create Board'
