Before each meal service, especially for big programs, we take charge in folding the napkins to be added in the table setup. Usually, Rob has them pre-folded for small programs.

Step 1: Lay the napkin flat on the table with the finished side facing the bottom

Following the folded line in the middle, position the napkin in a vertical direction
Step 2: Fold the napkin in one thirds

Make sure that as you fold the napkins, the folded sides do not go over
Step 3: Turn the napkin in a vertical position with the open side facing the left and fold again

Fold the bottom part just a little over the line and then the top part half folded meeting the edge of the folded bottom part
Step 4: Fold the top part of the napkin once more
Step 4: Fold the top part of the napkin once more
The top part goes on top of the folded bottom part of the napkin so it creates like a little envelope and that's ready to go!
