For small programs, usually the caterer prepares the food the night before so that we can just reheat the food the next morning. These are baked products such as banana bread, muffins and quiches. Other food choices include gluten free versions for breakfast because some participants have specific dietary requirements.

The catrerer prepared the food the night before so you just need to grab the baked products from the fridge and transfer it to the other kitchen tent with the oven. Place it on the table and arrange it so it's easier for you to grab anything once the oven is ready for reheating.
Remove the plastic cover in each of the baked products prior to reheating it.
First thing you need to do in making breakfast for a small program is to switch on the oven so it starts heating up an hour before breakfast service. To reheat the food that the caterer has prepared, you can use 180'C.
The oven has two knobs on each side, the first one is for the timer and the other is for the temperature.
Place the baked products such as banana bread, muffins, quiches and other food choices which include gluten free versions in the oven.
There's no specific time for reheating the food as long as it's been heated and not burned. This can be approximately 15-20mins.
Once you have already reheated the baked products, you can now start slicing them. Using the chopping board and knife, slice the baked products in equal portions and make sure that it still looks presentable when placed in boards and plates.
Remove the crumbs from the boards and plates if there are any so that it will look neat.
After you have sliced the reheated food, you can now transfer it to the boards and plates. It still depends on you where you want to place the baked product, just make sure the size of the container is appropriate for the product and it also looks presentable.
Also, prepare the other components for the breakfast such as dips. From the packaging, you can transfer it to a ceramic bowl.
