Our offsite programs can be professionally documented by our experienced event photographer. From adventure programs to team-building activities, we can capture the energy, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences of the events. We can handle this in behalf of our clients so that they can focus on the adventure.

Our main photographer is Angela Kim White.
Based on 3 days work (25 hours plus of shooting).

Deliverables are:

Full edited photo gallery
Highlight video
B-roll video footage which I can provide via ftp.

****It's not possible to supply raw video footage on the day as there is just too much data (probably 1 terabyte) to copy across from multiple different cameras.

Step 1: Define the photography needs for the program

Determine the type of coverage required (e.g., candid shots, group photos, action shots, video highlights).

Specify the duration of coverage (full-day, half-day, or specific sessions). Identify key moments that need to be captured (e.g., team activities and social interactions).

Step 2: Request quotes and availability

Contact the photographer with the event details.

Date, time, location of the offsite program and expected number of participants.

Step 3: Confirm the booking

Contact the photographer with the event details.

Finalise the contract, including deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

Step 4: Process payment, request for quote and invoice.

Process payment as per the agreement.

Request for quote and once confirmed, request for invoice. Save this in the client folder.

Step 5: Coordinate logistics

Ensure the photographer knows the meeting point and event flow.

Discuss any venue restrictions or required permits (if applicable). Assign a point of contact to assist the photographer on the day of the event.

Step 6: Event day execution

Brief the photographer on last-minute updates or changes.

Ensure they capture the agreed-upon key moments but also allow for flexibility to capture spontaneous moments.

Step 7: Receive and review deliverables

Follow up on the agreed delivery timeline for photos and videos (B-rolls and raw files).

Review the quality and completeness of the files and request necessary revisions or additional edits if needed.

Step 8: Provide feedback

Confirm final approval of the deliverables.

Provide feedback if satisfied with the service for future collaboration.

Great to talk to you last week. As we chatted about, I would love to engage you for a few things later in the year:

1. Film MAG program: November 17-19

Each year we host 70 insurance brokers for a 3D/2N experience. It is called the "DUAL Advance Adventure" and here are some videos that have been made over the past 3 years:

Rough itinerary:

Day 1 - Nov 17 arrive in base camp 2pm
Day 2 - Full day of adventure (multiple sites like when we did BB)
Day 3 - Departure @ 10am

Deliverable:

5min highlights reel cut together (needs to be done quickly <1wk)
All raw video put on drive
A mix of portrait, candid, in-action, and lifestyle shots of "adventure dude" James

2. Speaker Photography + Video from speaker showreel

I am after a refresh of photos and my videos

A mix of portrait, candid, in-action, and lifestyle shots
Video of JC in action on stage
all speaker assets needed for brand refresh - photos and videos

I hope you're doing well! We were very pleased with your work at last year’s DUAL event, and we would love to have you capture this year’s event as well.

For this year, we’d like to continue with both photography and videography, including a highlight video similar to last year's. Additionally, we’d like to request the raw photo and video footage this time.

Thanks for your email. Great to have you on board again.

The high res edited stills will work perfectly as long as we get a copy of all photos. As for the videos, can I grab all the RAW footage (possibly even copy across onto a drive before you leave)?
