Pro Deal on North Face Gear 

Step 1: Prepare MAG staff database sheet

Fill the MAG Contact Database sheet with the contact details of the staff (name, email address, and contact). See below sample sheet.

Note: This database is updated every time a new season is coming to add the available staff working for that season

Step 2: Email all program staff

Prepare an email to be sent to the staff using the below template. Attach the item list. Then Bcc all the staff.

Hi Team,

Hope you are all well and have had a cracking summer.

As you may be aware, we've got our biggest season ever coming up this Autumn!  We have some of our largest programs with up to 30 staff working on individual programs. 

For all staff working this season, in order to thank you in advance for your contribution as a MyAdventure Group team member, you are entitled to a pro deal on North Face products (in attached xls)!

A pro deal is an exclusive 30% discount off the wholesale price. (I've been sponsored by North Face for over 10 years and have used their kit on heaps of expeditions around the world (including Antarctica). They make some really great gear and I'm pretty stoked to be able to offer you a pretty decent price)

If you would like to order a pro deal, please check the attached xls document and pick any item/s and find if your size is available. Then, email my EA - marielle@myadventuregroup.com.au the following details (subject title: TNF PRO DEAL):

• Style Code

• Style description

• Size 

• Colour

• Quantity

A couple of important notes:

• Your order needs to be sent to Marielle by Friday 10 March (that's the end of this week!).

• This pro deal offer is only available to staff working this season (March/ April).

Step 3: Compile orders

Input the staff orders in this sheet along with the abovementioned details. See sample sheet

Step 4: Prepare order form

In the Pro Deal Order Form provided by the North Face, we will compile all the orders and fill out all the items in the form.
